The Decimal System
描述
The Decimal System provides the foundation of quantities in unit, Ten, hundred and Thousand. It depicts the relationship between numerals and quantities from unit to thousand. Children learn to associate very large numerals such as 9,999 (as illustrated) with its quantitative value. The Decimal System provides a concrete concept of the four operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
